I am very proud to be now #PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accredited with the International Coaching Federation.
ICF holds the highest standards in terms of #coaching and to achieve the PCC level, one must have attended at least 125 hours of professional training, passed 2 exams and practiced 500 hours of coaching.
As I take a moment to reflect on this milestone, I feel I have grown so much in this journey to develop what was a call to deepen my impact as an HR leader some years back into what is now my own business and everyday joy.
